Filing a DMCA Complaint

- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice
If you believe that the content removed or disabled due to a DMCA complaint was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include the following:
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A description of the material that was removed and its location prior to removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Once we receive a counter-notice, we may restore the removed content after reviewing the claim.
